Tree Warranty & Maintenance
1-year program · starts at $250
Most landscapers wash their hands of a tree the moment it's in the ground. We don't. Our warranty & maintenance plan keeps us responsible for the tree's health for a full year after install — and we come back twice to make sure it's thriving.
What's included
- 2 visits per year from our crew (typically spring + fall)
- Structural pruning by our team to set the tree up for long-term health
- Health inspection — we check for stress, pests, soil issues, and watering problems
- Direct access to Roland, our project manager, all year long
- Honest replacement policy if a tree fails from a defect we caused

Irrigation Timer Install
Hose timer or existing system reroute
The number one killer of new trees in Texas isn't freeze or pests — it's inconsistent watering. Our irrigation crew installs a hose timer dedicated to your new trees so the watering schedule is automatic, predictable, and doesn't depend on you remembering.
What we install
- Battery-powered hose timer dedicated to your trees
- Drip emitters or bubbler heads at each tree
- Pipe / line run from the timer to each tree, buried where it makes sense
- Schedule programmed for your tree count + season
- Reroute existing systems to feed new beds, if you already have irrigation
