Hill Country Tree Company provides professional tree and shrub planting, delivery, and installation services in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding Hill Country areas.

2. Service Quotes

All service quotes are:

• Non-binding estimates
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Subject to site inspection and verification
• Customized based on specific property and planting requirements

3. Property Access and Requirements

Clients must:

• Provide clear and safe access to planting areas
• Mark underground utilities before service
• Ensure property boundaries are clearly defined
• Remove any obstacles that might impede planting

4. Plant Care and Warranty

Our plant installation includes:

• Initial planting and setup
• 30-day health guarantee for installed plants
• Optional maintenance packages available
• Warranty void if plants are not cared for according to provided guidelines

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before scheduled service
• 50% cancellation fee within 72 hours of service
• Full quote charged if cancellation occurs day of service
• Refunds processed within 10 business days

6. Liability and Limitations

Hill Country Tree Company liability is limited to:

• Cost of plant replacement for failed installations
• Maximum liability capped at the original service quote
• No liability for damage caused by acts of nature or client negligence
• Client responsible for proper ongoing plant maintenance

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under Texas state law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas. Arbitration will be the primary method of resolution before pursuing litigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including plant database, service descriptions, and visual materials, are the exclusive property of Hill Country Tree Company and protected by copyright laws.
